Working together with the distillery that produces O’Neills and Skibbereen Eagle Irish Whisky, we are able to offer both Irish Whiskey and Cognac. The distiller has been an independent company since 1889. They specialise in the blending of unique and bespoke spirits, supplying a large network of clients worldwide. With access to a full range of distillates and liquid qualities from more than 20 different origins, we work with them through these partnerships to create custom-made blends, based on your specifications and requirements.

O’Neills Irish Whiskey is a smooth blend Irish Whiskey, a double cask matured spirit. Originating from West Cork in Ireland, this is a fine whiskey, distilled in small batches from the southern Irish coast.
O’Neills comes in a classic green bottle with a red screw cap and a traditional embossed label. This whiskey is a single malt, with a port cask finish, providing a filling, powerful and sweet finish.

Skibbereen Eagle is an exceptional malt whiskey from the West Cork area of Ireland. This is a blended Irish whiskey made from 75% Irish single grin and 25% single malt whiskies.
It is aged in ex-Bourbon casks for 3-4 years to give a smooth taste, with aromas of malt, sweet caramels, honey, vanilla and green fruit. Its palate includes malt, sweetness and dried fruit.
